We understand that student may differ while making accommodation choices in a new city. For students who like having own space, and are looking for spacious accommodation options, our exclusive residence will prove itself as a popular choice.

Student Residencies of City College of London are perfect choices for students, looking for an independent stay. To have fun living with other City College of London’s students; enjoyable nights in the communal kitchen — cooking cuisine from different parts of the world, talking about some of the eccentric experiences in London, these residency houses offer a great welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive.

It’s all about location and students are never dissatisfied with great locations of our residency houses. The school will be just 20 minutes away or so, so you can spend weekends having short walks to grab something to eat from local delis.

In a British home, all the best chats happen in the kitchen and residency houses are no exception. Our large communal kitchens act as a great facility with private dryand refrigerated storing options for student groceries. Leading from the kitchens you will see single and twin rooms with private or shared bathroom options available. You will get to use Wi-Fi and bed linen free of cost; extra bills aren’t included.

Students are able to pick the right combination of facilities that will best fit their requirements — offering self-catering through to half-board lunch plans and either single or twin rooms.

  • BB: Bed & Breakfast. You Are Eligible to “Light use” of the kitchen (use of microwave, kettle, and toaster)
    • HB: Half-Board: You Will Get Breakfast and dinner
    • SC: Self-Catering: You Need To Buy and cook your own food. You Can Use a shared kitchen.
    *Please note, if you want to prepare your own food, then you must book self-catering options.
    Your room will have a bed, linen, wardrobe, mirror, lamp, and a bin. Your hosts will make sure you are comfy and have everything you need.

City College of London offers standard rooms for short to long stay students, who are looking for a comfortable and self-sufficient living.

About London House shares:

House shares can provide accommodation to 5 – 12 people with mutual facilities which include a lounge with TV, a common dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom, and even a patio with a garden.

Rooms are either single or shared with one person of the same gender. Single rooms are limited so please book early. House share allocation can’t be said beforehand as it is subject to availability and the location will be set once a booking is made.

The area: All house shares are situated within easy reach of central London by buses, train, and tube. These are just 15 minutes to the City of London or 30 minutes to the West End. Our homes are also within minutes ofSurrey Quays, Canada Water, Rotherhitheand Bermondsey.

Our Student Studios provide en-suite and single rooms to students who wish a more isolated way of living.

The Stay Club

About The Stay Club: Our stay club provides 120 cutting-edge, lately built en-suite studio flats. The Stay Club London studios are planned with students in mind and are furnished with en-suitekitchenette, toilet & shower, fridge & freezer, microwave, and free Wi-Fi.

The area: Eastbound overground trains from Willesden Junction can take you to Euston Square in 15 minutes, while Westbound trains travel to Kensington via Shepherds Bush in 20 minutes. Buses are also easily accessible in the area.
